Gap.

It has been quite some time since this blog was last updated. Let's just say I was too busy keeping the streets of Ulsan safe from the sewer wolves to post something new.

Anyways, not much has happened since the last post. Ugh. I know. It has been more than a year since the last post. Again, too busy fighting the sewer wolves.

I made a quick trip home to Canada to remind myself how great poutine gravy is. It was nice being able to catch up with family and friends. It was also nice to be able to understand everything people said around me. Being in Korea, I normally tune out the conversations around me. Mainly, because I cannot understand everything people are saying. It's easy to do so. Back home, everything said around me was totally understood. This soon got overwhelming and I felt like I was intruding on people's conversations. I wasn't able to tune things out anymore. I now know things about people that I should not know. Lots of gross things. Ew.

The second year in Korea has been nice. Still living in Ulsan. This year was filled with lots of hiking, because it's a common Korean hobby. I thought I would be able to get buns of steel from all these treks, but I still got a diaper bum. The power of crispy fries lures me in like a charismatic cult leader who promises his followers the chance to live in the promise land.

Took a few trips here and there during the past year. I'll post some pictures about them in a later entry. Here are some random pictures taken during the last year. It's mainly food. Can't help it. Had some great pictures on my old phone, but those are now gone. The phone had its last breath some time last year before taking the great plunge and drowning in the waters of a public bathroom toilet.

School's Beauty Pageant. It was interesting.
Amazing bbq contraption. The skewers rotate on their own. No need to worry about flipping them to prevent the meat from burning. AMAZINGGGGGG!
Yes, those are orange plastic bags. You wear them at baseball games. Don't ask me why.
Busan 2015 Firework Festival
Starting my third and I hope my final year here in Korea. Have to head home to be a real adult and a contributing member to society. We'll see what this year has in store.

G'day.
