Dusting

Cleaning out the phone and here are some random pictures of Korea and its charms.

My usual dinners at home. The first few weeks consisted of sandwiches. The lack of communication skills really limited my menu.

Sweet potatoes are the best.

Banana bread in a rice cooker does not work. Pinterest fail.
Banana bread in an oven. Rice cooker...lies.
Nowadays, I usually meal prep for the entire week. This way I can eat better and more regularly.

Munchies around Ulsan
I am always ready for Kimbap.
First meal in Ulsan. Spicy octopus is very famous in this region.
Alley Pub for fried goodies and fruity sake slush. I am sad they closed.
Silk worms and an "ugly" corndog.
Rice cakes. Teachers here are constantly handing these out as gifts.
They need to sell this back home.
Croquettes are huge here in Korea. However, the fillings are a tad off. This one had processed cheese, mayo, mustard, ham, imitation crab, corn and pickles.
Best 10,000 won ever spent. There were 6 strips of BACONNNN and it was served with real maple syrup.
Not sure why Koreans thought it would be a good idea to put powdered sugar on my entire breakfast plate. It's upsetting. As well, breakfast plates are always served with a salad. Why?

The Grand Palace in Seoul.

Christmas came around and that meant knitted gifts.

Shark hat-Front
Shark hat- Side
Lion hat
Bear hat.

Random stuff around Korea.
Words to live by.
On one of the many bridges that cross the Taehwa River.
Feared by most Koreans. How is that possible? This little guy is a cutie.

Socially acceptable to gift shampoos and soaps here. I though the principal was implying something by giving me this.

You can get a lot of free stuff when you purchase things here. Buy a bag of chip and get a can of coke for free. Buy a scarf and get a pair of gloves for free. In this case, buy some fabric softener and get a Starbucks tumbler for free.
Pills should be packaged like this everywhere. Makes my life easier, because each packet has all the pills you need to take at one time. There is a catch. These meds don't work.

Alright, good day.
